    What’s Included:

    • Remote monitoring and Support.
    • Firmware Updates performed once a month. Making sure your network is secure as possible and performance is always top notch.
    • Personalized alerts if a problem is identified.
    • Guaranteed in-person troubleshoots with a maximum wait time of 48 business hours from a certified On The Spot technician.
    • Support that goes beyond the typical manufacturers warranty.

    Requirements:

    • Hardwired and WiFi network solutions installed by The Install Spot.
    • Automation/Control systems installed by The Install Spot.

    How Much Does It Cost?:

    • Clients that Purchase our OvrC Pro hub as part of their network or automation systems will receive On The Spot Service for the period of one year.
    • Clients can renew On The Spot Service after the initial one year of service for a fee of 499.99 per year.
